Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is a complex and debilitating condition that causes ongoing exhaustion, crashes after activity, brain fog, and other symptoms that don't improve with rest — often making everyday life feel overwhelming.

My goal is to support you in reclaiming stability in your daily life, whether that means returning to work or study, being more present with your family and friends, or simply getting through the day with more confidence.
I use a step-by-step, person-centered approach that helps you gently increase your capacity without worsening your symptoms.
I understand that recovery from chronic fatigue isn’t linear. That’s why I focus on building your skills for the long run - helping you recognise early warning signs, understand your limits, and navigate setbacks with clarity.
We’ll work together on pacing strategies, symptom tracking, nervous system regulation, and practical tools you can keep returning to as life ebbs and flows.

What is Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/CFS)?
Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (CFS), also known as Myalgic Encephalomyelitis (ME), is a complex and debilitating condition that causes overwhelming physical and mental fatigue, often made worse by even small amounts of activity, like having a conversation, making a meal or going for a short walk. This isn’t the kind of tiredness that improves with rest, it’s a deep, persistent exhaustion that can affect every aspect of a person’s life. People with CFS often experience brain fog, sleep issues, dizziness, pain, and a phenomenon called post-exertional malaise (PEM), where symptoms worsen significantly after activity. The condition is often misunderstood, and many people living with it feel unseen or disbelieved. If someone you care about has CFS, understanding their limits and experiences can be a powerful form of support.
