About our Fees

Heal and Thrive operates as a small, private clinic, and all services incur an out-of-pocket fee. You’ll find a detailed schedule of fees to the right (click each appointment type).

Depending on your circumstances, you may be eligible for partial reimbursement through the following funding schemes:

  • Medicare - If you have a current Chronic Disease Management (CDM) Plan from your GP

  • Private health insurance extras cover (check with your insurer for eligibility and rebate amount)

  • NDIS (Self and Plan Managed)

  • Approved WorkSafe Victoria claims

You will find detailed information about various funding schemes further down this page.

If you’re unsure about your eligibility or funding pathway, feel free to get in touch for support.

Late Cancellation and

Non-Attendance Fees

I kindly ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. You are welcome to do this via any means of communication that suits you (text, email or phone call). This helps me offer the appointment time to someone else who may be waiting for care.

If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, or if you do not attend without prior notice, a cancellation fee will apply.

This is not intended as a penalty, it is about keeping my small practice sustainable and accessible to as many people who need support as possible.

For full details, please see the cancellation and non-attendance policy.
